I was referred to Bob by a local mechanic and he fixed my car’s seemingly “unfixable” AC. My AC had been having problems since I bought the car a few years ago. I’ve went to countless mechanics and no one was able to fix it until Bob looked at it. He got my car in as soon as possible, was really easygoing and charged me a really reasonable price. Will definitely be back if I have any further problems!

Bob is a knowledgable, straightforward mechanic. I was referred to him by another mechanic in the area, and Bob got my car in within 2 days. He looked at everything he could and updated me on what he thought the problem was. He gave me a call 2 weeks later to come back in for him to test and replace the part. It wasn't an emergency fix, so this was an acceptable timeline. He let me watch over his shoulder and ask questions as he worked. He replaced the part in 30 minutes and had me on my way with cool air restored to my cabin. He only charged me $50 for the part and the labor despite spending some good time checking things over during the first visit. Bob is a fair-priced, trustworthy mechanic.

Bob is very down to earth, knowledgeable and an all around great guy. I'll be going back for years to come.

My car needed A/C repairs two years ago and I took it to Cross. The repair turned out to be more complicated than originally thought and required removing a lot of components from the engine compartment to access the parts. Even with it taking an entire extra day of work, Mr. Cross only charged us the original price that he quoted. We just sold the car and the A/C was still working beautifully two years later. I highly recommend Cross Radiator and A/C.

Bob is great. He’s great at what he does and if he can help he’ll do it. Left the car with him overnight to fix and replace my AC compressor. Fairly priced too and a smooth transaction. Would recommend to call ahead and if needed goto see him to check if he can help.
